This family of three was out on the sand at low tide at White Rockl. Puddles and rivulets of water remain from the receding ocean and water attracts children. This little girl was dressed for the occasion, boots and rain gear. It was a cool and wet day with the sun peaking through. Children always find the water fun to walk in and play in.
